The brief
Tidewell is a self-initiated concept for a startup building solar-powered water filters for rural schools. The starting point was a 40-slide deck full of dense text, and the goal was a story an investor could follow in ten minutes.

The approach
One idea per slide, big headline statements, simple charts with a single aqua highlight and a consistent icon set. Technical detail moved to an appendix and a printed one-pager.

The result
A 10-slide deck, a leave-behind one-pager and an editable PowerPoint template the team can reuse for updates and partner meetings.
