Overview
01
Nokshi Kitchen is a self-initiated concept brand for a delivery service that brings home-style Bangladeshi meals to busy families in Dhaka. It needed to feel handmade and trustworthy, not like another fast-food app.
02
The running stitch of nakshi kantha became the heart of the identity: a stitched bowl-and-flower mark, a friendly serif wordmark, and an indigo, marigold and rice-white palette drawn from traditional quilts.
03
A complete, flexible identity with packaging, a delivery kit and guidelines, so every tiffin, bag and post feels like it came from the same kitchen.
Primary logo, reversed logo on indigo and the stitched bowl mark.
Indigo for trust, marigold for appetite and rice white for calm. The stitch line is used sparingly: as a border, a divider or a signature.
Palette and type: Fraunces with DM Sans.
Tiffin sleeve, paper bag and seal sticker.
How it came together
01
Research into Dhaka's home-food scene, family ordering habits and the feeling a meal should bring.
02
Three logo directions, each shown on a tiffin, a bag and a phone screen.
03
The stitched mark refined to stay clear at small sizes and in a single colour.
04
Guidelines, packaging artwork and print-ready files for every touchpoint.
Delivery kit: bag, menu card, app icon and launch post.
